General Admission: $50 per person
VIP Admission: $150 per person and includes early access, Meet & Greet w / Pit Masters, Cocktail Reception w / NYC Chefs and Sponsored Swag Bag
Kids 8 & under are free
Participating Pit Masters and Chefs will prepare tasting portions of their dish for guests to sample. Participating breweries and distilleries will be offering a beer or specialty cocktail for guests 21 & over. Bottled water and soft drinks will be available throughout the venue from our sponsors.
All proceeds will go to help Jeff’s family and start a future fund for his daughter, Hayes.
A Silent Auction will also take place during the event.

Jeff Michner was the Executive Chef of Pig Beach in Gowanus, Brooklyn. He tragically, and suddenly passed away in the spring of 2018 at the age of 36, leaving behind his wife, Sara, and their 16 month old daughter, Hayes. Losing Jeff is a loss we will never overcome, but it is our hope to keep his memory with us and cherish what he helped us build at Pig Beach while helping to take care of his family. It is our intention to raise money to help his family, an build a future fund for his daughter by putting together this BBQ Event at Pig Beach where some of the best pit masters in our country will be lending their support along with some of NYC's finest chefs, bars, breweries, distilleries and local businesses.
We also intend to raise awareness for men's health and organizations such as A Caring Hand that help families with the loss of loved ones and managing grief.
Everyone that had the chance to know Jeff quickly fell in love with his kindness, charisma and smile. We hope you can find it in your heart to help up support his family and celebrate his memory.
